MINNEAPOLIS — The kind of violence that broke out Wednesday at Annunciation Church in South Minneapolis can spark a lot of feelings in children and adults.
Investigators are examining videos, writings and movements of a shooter who fired through the windows as dozens of students, parishioners and family members attended a special Mass, leaving two children dead and 18 others wounded.
Events like that can also lead to emotional conversations filled with hard questions, but Children's MN psychiatrist Dr. Prachi Striker says talking about it now will prevent worry, confusion and misinformation later.
