ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — Two people have been arrested in Elizabeth City and charged with indecent liberties with a minor.
The Elizabeth City Police Department said they arrested two people in the 1100 block of Wood Street on Thursday, along with the Camden County Sheriff's Office.
Eric Daniel Dexter Alcorn, 32, was charged with 10 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, along with indecent liberties with a minor. Alcorn faces a $50,000 bond and is being held at Albemarle District Jail.
Tessa Renee Norton, 25, was also charged with indecent liberties with a minor. She is also being held at Albemarle District Jail on a $25,000 bond.
Both are scheduled to appear in the Pasquotank County District Court on Tuesday.
Elizabeth City police say they strongly encourage anyone wit
