CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Virginia State Police issued a CODI Alert for a missing Chesterfield teenager.

Antonio Jefferson-Alfaro, 16, was last seen walking in the 4600 block of Cascade Street in Chesterfield around 7:45 p.m. on August 28.

State Police say he was wearing a black jacket with a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and white and blue shoes.

Authorities say his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.

Anyone who may have seen him, or knows where he may be, is asked to call Chesterfield Police at (804) 748-1251.
