No official update on Sam Horn’s injury status is expected to come Thursday.
The Missouri football quarterback played one snap in the Tigers’ 61-6 win over Central Arkansas to open the 2025 season, coming in the second offensive series of the game. He took a designed run six yards up the middle of the field before being tackled, and then remained on the ground for a short time afterward.
After being helped by team trainers to both the injury tent and the locker room, Horn was later pictured on crutches and wearing a full-leg cast on his right leg.
