Santander, Lloyds, NatWest, Nationwide customers have been warned their accounts DON'T feature in the best rates for savers or current accounts this week.
UK savers and households could maximise their money by moving their accounts elsewhere, it is claimed. Zopa has introduced a new regular savings account paying 7.10 per cent AER. Customers can deposit up to £300 each month, with a maximum total of £3,600 over 12 months.
Other top rates right now include Principality Building Society at 7.5 per cent, but only for six months for account holders, and First Direct which offers seven per cent for 12 months.
