Nearly two years into negotiations over how to develop a 25-acre parcel of land north of downtown Mesa, the city has set a date to vote on an agreement with Culdesac, known for creating a car-free apartment development in Tempe.

Culdesac is expected to revitalize the vacant lot along Mesa and University drives into a “car-light” urban transit-oriented neighborhood.
