Savannah, GA (WSAV)-- September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month— a global event to help raise awareness, support, and funds in the fight against one of the world's most prevalent and dangerous cancers.
Blood Cancer United, formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding lifesaving blood cancer research. For the thirteenth year, they're partnering with Enmarket to raise money for the annual Light the Night campaign.
Kayla Smith, the 2025 Corporate Walk Chair of Light The Night in Savannah, and Enmarket Senior Marketing Manager, Melody Boyd, sat down with WSAV's Kim Gusby in today's Community Corner to talk about this year's fundraising effort.
