The initiative aims to educate high school students and job seekers about career paths in aerospace and aviation. Entry-level salaries in the aerospace sector vary depending on education level. High school graduates can expect to earn between $50,000 and $55,000 annually. Those with a two-year degree may start at $55,000 and up, while a four-year degree can lead to salaries ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 a year.
