WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A man was arrested on Tuesday in connection with two shootings that took place on Aug. 16 in the area of Willow Street in Waterbury.
At around 3:58 a.m. on Aug. 16, Waterbury police officers responded to the area of 185 Willow St. where a male was located with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries that were updated to be critical.
Shortly after, around 4:07 a.m., another victim reported a gunshot wound to his ear. He was also transported to the hospital.
The suspect, Xavier Bishop, was apprehended in Pennsylvania.
