Police have issued an appeal to find a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at Mississippi Regional Park in Minneapolis last month.
Seneca Jones, 27 of Apple Valley, has been charged with 2nd-degree murder and felon possession of a firearm following the killing in the early hours of July 20, with a nationwide warrant issued for his arrest.
He is believed to be in the Twin Cities area, and is not to be approached as he is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911.
The charges against Jones alleges witnesses saw him at an after-party at the park, and allege he was in a feud with the 19-year-old victim, Darnell Hawkins Mapp, of St. Paul, over stolen property.
