DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — After five years, a Stone Mountain family is one step closer to closure after an arrest in a homicide case that changed their lives forever.
Tiwuan Johnson's family has been awaiting movement in his case, which had grown cold until the DeKalb County Cold Case Task Force renewed efforts earlier this year. On Aug. 22, Kenneth Jamie Harris was arrested, accused of killing the 35-year-old husband and father.

The DeKalb County Police Department released surveillance footage from that evening, which warrants share was a key piece of evidence to connect Harris to Tiwuan's death.
