YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- In Jackson Township, just outside of Spring Grove, sits a grave marker for a child.

It's for a baby girl named Louisa, to be specific, who passed in 1889. But she's not with the gravestone.

"I found it while I was working with Spring Garden Township. Somebody had just put it out for trash," said Neal Butting. "That's kind of a dishonor to that child, and so I picked it up and saved it."

For 30 years, Butting has cared for the marker in the hopes of finding where it belongs. But now he's "fixin' to move real soon" down to Texas, where it certainly doesn't belong.
