Witnesses report assault and forced abduction, leading to a multi-agency investigation

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – A Tampa man is being held in Hillsborough County Jail after an investigation by the Pinellas Park Police Department led to an arrest warrant for kidnapping and domestic battery. The charges stem from an incident on August 27, 2025, where witnesses reported seeing the suspect, Pedro Daniel Gonzalez-Zamora, 62, assault and abduct a woman from her place of employment.

According to a report from the Pinellas Park Police Department, at approximately 7 p.m. on Wednesday, witnesses at 7150 Bryan Dairy Rd. saw Gonzalez-Zamora strike a woman and then forcibly place her into a vehicle. The suspect then drove away with the victim.
