FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Bobby Salazar could be released if he posts a million-dollar bond, court officials said on Friday.
Federal prosecutors accused Salazar on Tuesday of hiring a gang member to set fire to his restaurant on Blackstone Avenue back in 2024. Friday, court officials told YourCentralValley.com that Salazar is facing a $1 million bond; if posted, he will be released from jail and placed on house arrest.
Court officials add that he will be allowed to leave for work-related activities, and he must wear a GPS monitor to track his location. He can't have any contact with potential witnesses or the biker gang, the Screamin' Demons Motorcycle Club, which is named in the complaint.
