WATERBURY, Conn. — A Waterbury church is inviting the community to take part in a unique prayer drive-through this Saturday, offering blessings without anyone ever having to leave their car.
The Yeshua House of Prayer on Willow Street is leading the event, designed to make prayer more accessible and approachable for those seeking support.
“Just as we would at Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonald’s, we’re going to allow people to drive their vehicle through, take their request for prayer, and pray for them,” said Pastor Edward Jackson, who has served the community for more than 20 years. “If they want to stay, they can stay. If not, they can drive right around the other way and go about their wonderful Saturday.”
The initiative comes as the area continues to experience ongoing violence.
