TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — With Labor Day ahead and the Twin Falls County Fair in Town, the Idaho Transportation Department asks everyone to avoid driving under the influence.
Labor Day is one of the deadliest times on Idaho roads, according to the department. The agency collaborated with law enforcement across the state for their 2025 “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Campaign to prevent impaired driving by planning.
“Just make a plan, get yourself a designated driver, and be responsible, especially this Labor Day weekend as we’re rounding off the 100 deadliest days, the fair and Labor Day,” said ITD spokeswoman Courtney Wagner.
