Rest area on I-90 near Ritzville closed due to water issue

ADAMS COUNTY, Wash. -- Drivers on I-90 who use the Schrag Rest Area near Ritzville will have to find another rest stop.

The Washington State Department of Transportation says the rest area is currently closed due to unforeseen water issues.

The rest area was closed at around 8:30 a.m. Saturday when WSDOT learned there was no running water. WSDOT says there is currently no estimated time for when it will reopen.
