What makes the most sense is to help bolster the Tulsa Police Department, Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, tribal police and the other law enforcement entities already in place in states that are all struggling to fill academies and keep officers on the force.
