CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - The Calloway County Sheriff says a woman who was out on bond for drug charges in Graves County faces new drug possession charges in his county.
Sheriff Nicky Knight says Carrie Runyon, 42, of Murray, Kentucky, had an active warrant for her arrest.
Knight says that deputies located and arrested Runyon on Saturday.
The sheriff says that while deputies were arresting Runyon, they discovered she possessed methamphetamine.
Runyon was out on bond after being indicted for drug-related charges out of Graves County in June.
Runyon is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in Calloway County.
Runyon faces tampering with physical evidence, wanton endangerment, and unlawful transaction with a minor in Graves County.
