MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - McCracken County Deputies say a man driving on a suspended license was under the influence when he was involved in a crash that sent multiple people to the hospital.
Investigators say Jon Day of Hopkinsville was driving westbound on Childress Road when he ran a stop sign at McKendree Church Road.
Deputies say Day’s vehicle hit another vehicle containing five people.
Deputies say multiple occupants had to be taken to the hospital, one was flown to an out-of-state hospital.
Investigators say this is Day is charged with driving under the influence of a substance(2nd offense), driving on a DUI-suspended license(3rd offense), wanton endangerment and disregarding a stop sign.
