Robin Wright is acknowledging her parenting mistakes with her two children, whom she shares with her ex-husband Sean Penn.

The actress, 59, said she “wasn’t hard enough” on daughter Dylan, 34, and son Hopper, 32, while they were growing up.

“I have a huge regret as a mother and have experienced the fallout of this regret for many years with my kids — I wasn’t hard enough on them,” she told the Times of London in an interview published Saturday.

Hopper revealed his battle with crystal meth addiction in 2017. Wright told the outlet Dylan was also rebellious growing up,

“Every day if the phone rings you’re like, ‘Is he alive? Is she alive?'” Wright recalled. “I went through that for so many years with both of them.”
