CLEVELAND (WJW) -- One of Cleveland's biggest end-of-summer celebrations lit up downtown Cleveland this weekend.
The fourth annual Pop-up in the Park took over Mall C, hosted by the Make Them Know Your Name Foundation founders, Nicole Ward, and her son, Cleveland Browns defensive back Denzel Ward.
Hundreds of people filled the park and enjoyed live music from R&B favorites Dru Hill, Adina Howard and Carl Thomas.
More than 50 food trucks lined the streets while families took part in dancing and community fun. But organizers say this event is about more than entertainment.
Free heart screenings as well as life-saving techniques were offered throughout the event.
