MINNEAPOLIS — The Dallas Wings are heading up north Monday to take on the No. 1 team in the league, the Minnesota Lynx.
Dallas (9-31) is coming off a 100-78 loss to Atlanta on Friday. Maddy Siegrist led the Wings in scoring with 23. Paige Bueckers, back on the court after being out with an illness, dropped a 16-point, 10-assist double-double.
The Wings have been hampered by injuries, losing Arike Ogunbowale , Li Yeuru and J.J. Quinerly to various ailments. Only eight players suited up for Dallas on Friday. The team currently sits at the bottom of the league standings.
