Don Rubin is president of BioSTL, a nonprofit group that invests in high-tech startups. He suggests that AI could make healthcare delivery a lot leaner, and that the biggest health systems and corporations will be able to build it out and deploy it, but not the smallest providers in urban and rural areas.
“They’re not going to have the resources and the expertise to be able to navigate this new world of AI on their own,” he told KMOX Radio in St. Louis. “What we are proposing is a new, very unique entity that could be a national model.”
