HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police responded to Harrisburg after a reported police incident at Kipona Festival.

FOX43 crews confirmed that police are in the area of North Front Street. At least three ambulances responded to the scene as well.

Crews also confirmed that Mayor Wanda Williams is on the scene.

North Front Street is currently shut down.
