BELOIT, Wis. — Community members are encouraged to participate in a survey to express their preferences for the next police chief of Beloit.
The survey which can be completed right here must be finished by Friday, September 5.
The Beloit Police and Fire Commission (PFC) says the importance of feedback from residents, business owners, and other community members in identifying the qualities and priorities for the new chief.
The recruitment timeline includes the survey period ending September 5, followed by candidate applications and screening throughout September and October.
The PFC will review applicants in mid-October, conduct interviews and an assessment center the week of October 20, and host a community forum with finalists the week of October 27.
