Liverpool may have won the transfer window but it’s Leeds that are the big losers of this summer’s shopping spree.
That’s the view of talkSPORT’s Jeff Stelling who cast an expert eye over the Premier Leagues wheeling and dealing this summer.
And while it's all too easy to wax lyrical about the exciting incoming’s at Liverpool and Arsenal , Stelling has instead identified which three clubs have produced the worst windows.
