CLEVELAND — Voters are heading to the polls on Tuesday, Sept. 9, as Cuyahoga County holds a primary election.

Voters will decide a number of things when casting their ballot, including the following:

In Cleveland Heights, voters will decide whether to recall current Mayor Kahlil Seren, whose term is expiring at the end of the year. There are five candidates in the running to replace him, with the top two from the primary moving on to November's general election.

East Cleveland voters will also weigh in on their next mayor, following a year that saw three different people hold the office, including the recent removal of former Mayor Brandon King on corruption charges. Five candidates are on the ballot, with the top two finishers slated to face off in November.
