WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — A man has been arrested in connection with a swatting incident that prompted a large police response at the Willo Park Apartments last week, according to the Willoughby Police Department.

Police said Antonio Edward Woods was taken into custody on Tuesday, Sept. 9, without incident. His arrest comes after investigators obtained warrants the day before.

A search warrant was also executed at an apartment located at 35400 Euclid Ave.

Woods is facing multiple charges, including:

Making false alarms, a fourth-degree felony

Inducing panic, a first-degree misdemeanor

Disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony

Tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony

Swatting, a fourth-degree felony

Trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony
