DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Davenport city leaders are taking a fresh look at St. Ambrose University’s plans for its campus.

After pushback from neighbors earlier this year, the University has revised its long-term land use plan.

The revised Campus Land Use Plan includes a new academic building north of McMullen Hall, outdoor recreation areas, and an updated entrance at West Rogalski Drive. It also calls for 64 additional parking spots.

“Having parking available for students who don’t live on campus is absolutely something that we have an eye on,” said Christopher Waugh, the university’s vice president for Student Engagement.
