TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - In the wake of Project Blue’s approval by county supervisors and rejection by the Tucson City Council, the Pima County Board of Supervisors is making changes in how it conducts business.
But before it voted on revisions to how it handles non-disclosure agreements and environmental impact reviews, Project Blue was a topic of an executive session.
The board was in executive session for three hours on Tuesday. Because of the very nature of executive sessions, the specifics of that discussion remain private.
