TANEY COUNTY, Mo. — A Montana man has been charged following a car crash on Friday, August 8.

According to online court dockets filed on Tuesday, Sept. 2, Logan Winters, born 1995, of Bozeman, Montana, has been charged with DWI causing serious physical injury and two counts of DWI causing physical injury.

The probable cause statement says that the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) responded to the crash around 6 a.m., as they found three vehicles with significant damage.

MSHP approached a white truck and found that the driver and a passenger were injured. The driver reported leg pain, and the passenger sustained lacerations on their face.
