COLUMBUS, Ohio—A state judge has dismissed most, though not all, of former state Rep. Elliot Forhan’s lawsuit accusing state officials from both parties of performing a “political hit job” on him while he served in the Ohio House last session.
Ohio Court of Claims Judge David E. Cain, in a Aug. 28 ruling , granted motions to dismiss 11 of the 15 civil claims made by Forhan -- a South Euclid Democrat now running for Ohio attorney general next year -- against the Ohio General Assembly.
