Thurmont residents raise questions about proposed fiber cable facility plan

Some Thurmont residents have expressed concerns about a plan from a fiber-optic network provider to build new utility facilities in the town.

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a discussion on Thursday to present Cablevision Lightpath’s concept plan and hear public comment on the proposed development.
