WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita police say they have arrested a 16-year-old boy on a felony murder charge and continue to search for a second suspect after a 20-year-old man was killed and another was injured in a shooting on North Arkansas on Sunday.
At 4:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of North Arkansas for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found two men inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds in the 600 block of W. 20th Street. Officers, Wichita Fire Department, and EMS personnel provided life-saving measures at the scene.
