CHEBOYGAN — Just minutes before the annual State Street Bridge Walk in Cheboygan, there was a huge line of walkers backed up on the east side of town.

Compared to previous years, the 2025 edition of Cheboygan’s Labor Day walk featured many more particpants to join in on the fun.

Once noon hit on Monday, Sept. 1, people made their way across the State Street Bridge and all the way to Festival Square, where a free picnic was held for those who attended.
