(KIMT) -- Heading into Wednesday night, clouds should clear, allowing for temperatures to take a dip to levels we have not seen since last spring. Expect temperatures to fall to the low 40s for most with some locations dropping to the upper 30s. Our first potential patchy frost of the season may occur into Thursday morning.
A patchy frost can occur if temperatures fall below 42°. Bring any sensitive plants inside Wednesday night as this frost may kill off your greenery. This is a sign of what is to come later this year!
