Public comment period and meeting for Dare County project to repair groin in Buxton. Following a discussion on the proposed groin project at the Sept. 3 meeting, the Seashore will discuss Dare County’s proposed project to renourish beaches in Buxton and Avon in 2026 and provide other updates.
