A new lawsuit related to the deadly fire at the Gabriel House assisted living facility in Fall River alleges unsafe conditions inside the facility and a failure to enforce smoking rules.

Michael Croley, 78, is the plaintiff in the latest lawsuit against Gabriel House, owner Dennis Etzkorn , Karen Etzkorn and Fire Systems Inc., a North Dartmouth-based corporation that provided, inspected and maintained fire alarms and life safety systems for Gabriel House.
