LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - SCAN is inviting the community to join them in their proclamation designating September as National Recovery Month.

The event took place on Wednesday morning at City Hall chambers, where attendees were encouraged to wear purple — a color used to celebrate the achievements of those within the recovery community.
