GRAND FORKS — Zach Parise is headed to the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame.

The former UND star is one of five who will be enshrined in the 2025 class.

The others are Joe Pavelski, Scott Gomez, Tara Mounsey and photographer Bruce Bennett, USA Hockey announced Wednesday.

The formal induction will occur on Dec. 10 in St. Paul, Minn. The U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame is located in Eveleth, Minn.

Parise played two seasons at UND from 2002-04, tallying 49 goals and 116 points in 76 games. He was a Hobey Baker Award finalist in both seasons.

He went on to play 19 NHL seasons with the New Jersey Devils, Minnesota Wild, New York Islanders and Colorado Avalanche.
