RAWLINS -- Tim Philo has been on a hot streak to start the Rawlins High School tennis season.

He continued his winning ways last week with wins over Cheyenne South's Tom Betchel and Rock Springs' Carson Jenkins. This time, he wasn't the only Outlaw in the win column, though.

"Our team is really similar in skill overall," Philo said. "So we're helping and improving each other each day."

Rawlins hosted the South Bison on Friday, Aug. 29, and topped the girls 3-2 and the boys 4-1. Aizlee Jenkins and Alyssa Kingery fought hard in their singles matches but fell 6-4, 6-1 and 6-3, 6-1, respectively.
