Residents of Brantford and the surrounding area have a chance to have their say about the community’s new hospital.

The Brant Community Healthcare System has launched an online survey to hear what people believe should be the criteria used to evaluate where the new hospital should be located.

“This is an important moment for our community,” Don Shilton, chair of a task force charged with finding a suitable location for the new hospital, said. “The decision on where to locate a new hospital will shape health care in this region for many years.

“We want to hear from as many people as possible about what factors matter most when determining the best site.”

The survey can be accessed at www.hospitalsurvey.ca and will be open until October 3. It is available in English
