Wednesday was likely the last regular cabinet meeting in Quebec City.
Upon his arrival, Premier François Legault announced that the cabinet reshuffle he has been preparing since the beginning of the summer will take place “very soon.”
“Be patient,” he told reporters.
The atmosphere was tense, and the ministers were very quiet when they arrived at the meeting, which lasted only 45 minutes. This is because several of them are likely to be affected by the changes promised by the premier.
