BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department made two arrests following an assault that happened last month near Gallagher Beach.

Louis Bodine, 20, of Buffalo was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with one felony count of assault and one felony count of criminal mischief.

Ryland Schloerb, 21, of Tonawanda was arrested on Aug. 19, and has been charged with one felony count of assault and one felony count of criminal mischief.

The assault happened on Aug. 3, Buffalo Police said in a statement.

"A District officers responded shortly after 11 p.m. to an assault call at Tifft Street and Fuhrmann Boulevard," police said.
