Only one Browns player not practicing today; the outlook for both Joes in this Browns

BEREA, Ohio — The Browns kicked off the practice week for the Bengals game Wednesday with almost a full complement of players on the practice field.

The only player not practicing is starting defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. (knee), who might need a little more time to recover from his offseason surgery before he’s ready to play.
