OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) -- The Owensboro solar project continues to make progress and the team's managers are hoping to clear the air during a public work session.

During the meeting, the Daviess County commissioners answered over a hundred questions ranging from property values to environmental concerns.

“We need to deal with this in our election cycle,” says Judge Executive Charlie Castlen. “We are elected officials and we need to deal with it. And this is part of the way to deal with it. I know the citizens had a lot of concerns.”
