The high school boys soccer season is in full force across the state, and East Central Indiana has no shortage of talented players and teams in 2025.

The 2024 boys soccer season saw two area teams win sectional trophies. Muncie Burris won its third consecutive 1A sectional title, while Jay County won its second 2A sectional crown in the past three years. Both the Owls and Patriots graduated a senior who finished top five in the state for goals scored last season, so they will each look towards new players to fill those voids offensively as they defend their sectional titles.
