BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A semi-truck fire is impacting traffic on southbound Interstate 5 near Highway 46 Wednesday afternoon.

The fire was reported around 3 p.m. just south of Highway 46, according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page.

The incident blocked the one and two lanes in southbound traffic.

No information was provided on the fire.
