The Wood River Wolverines football team fell to the McCall-Donnelly Vandals 32-17 in its season-opening Idaho High School Class 4A contest in McCall on Friday. Wood River will host Ridgevue on Friday for its home opener. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Phil Homer Field in Hailey.
